apply the patch for your supported client(s).

For each binary you have to import the DLL to, copy the INI file provided and 
replace "sample" in the "sample-escargot.ini" name with the binary's filename (e.g., 
"msnmsgr.exe-escargot.ini" for "msnmsgr.exe"). The sample INI file goes more into 
what options you can configure and their usage.
